Subscription Payments

Current members of The Coeliac Society of NSW Inc may now renew their annual subscription online. If your membership has lapsed, please contact the office about renewing your membership. If you are yet to join The Society, more information about membership can be found on the membership page.

Members only resources

As indicated, some items available for sale are only available to current members of The Coeliac Society. Please do not try to order these items if you are not currently a member of the Society. Information about membership can be found on the membership page.

Shipping Policy

Allow up to seven (7) working days for delivery of ordered items. We do however aim to ship ordered items on the day payment is received.

Returns Policy

Returning an item

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and any return delivery costs, will still be payable by the customer).

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the price you paid for the item including any delivery and return delivery charges incurred.

Privacy Policy

The Coeliac Society of NSW Inc respects your privacy and will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone without your consent.

Security Policy

We take great care to store your personal information securely. It's important to us that you feel confident about making payments online, especially if you're not used to buying products via the internet. Only employees or sub-contractors in relation to the mailing of items have access to our customers' personal information and only under strict controls and procedures. All credit card payments are processed securely through the NAB transact internet payment gateway. NAB comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to ensure security of your credit card details.
