Pricing Policy

All transactions are processed in Australia in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you live overseas, please contact us for the appropriate postage costs.

Subscription Payments

Current members of Coeliac Queensland may now renew their annual subscription on-line. If your membership subscription has lapsed, please contact the office about renewing your membership. If you would like to become a member, information can be found on our membership page

As indicated, some of our resources are only available to our current members.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Please allow up to seven working days for the delivery of ordered items. We do, however, aim to have the order processed within two working days. Orders are delivered by Australia Post and delivery time frame will depend on your location within Australia.

Goods are only delivered within Australia on the prices quoted. If you live overseas, please contact us to receive the appropriate delivery cost.

All prices displayed on this website include shipping costs.

Returns Policy

Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 you may seek a refund if goods are or become faulty through no fault of your own, are not fit for a stated purpose, don’t match our description or sample, have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention. However, the goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked for proof of purchase. Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3 – 10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
